Sergio Moscona was born in 1979. He lives and works in Ecuador.
1989 At the age of ten, he discovered drawing and painting in Silvia Kanonich’s studio where he studied until 1995.
In 1995 he started his studies of drawing in Beatriz Negrotto’s studio, spent a year discovering watercolors with Guillermo Roux while also attending philosophy with Santiago Kovadloff, up until the year 2000.
He worked with Jorge Ludueña in his Buenos Aires art studio until the latter’s death in 1999. Attended the Buenos Aires National Fine Arts School, where he obtained two degrees, one in painting (2002) and one in engraving. Curator for the exhibition Manifestaciones sobre el malestar latinoamericano at the Metropolitan Cultural Center of Quito (Ecuador) for the city’s 25th anniversary as being part of U.N.E.S.C.O.’s World Heritage Sites list.
